The Insight that Brings Us to the Other Shore<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Avalokiteshvara<\/em><\/span>
\n while practicing deeply with<\/em><\/span>
\n the Insight that Brings Us to the Other Shore,<\/em><\/span>
\n suddenly discovered that<\/em><\/span>
\n all of the five Skandhas are equally empty,<\/em><\/span>
\n and with this realisation<\/em><\/span>
\n he overcame all Ill-being.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cListen Sariputra,<\/em><\/span>
\n this Body itself is Emptiness<\/em><\/span>
\n and Emptiness itself is this Body.<\/em><\/span>
\n This Body is not other than Emptiness<\/em><\/span>
\n and Emptiness is not other than this Body.<\/em><\/span>
\n The same is true of Feelings,<\/em><\/span>
\n Perceptions, Mental Formations,<\/em><\/span>
\n and Consciousness.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cListen Sariputra,<\/em><\/span>
\n all phenomena bear the mark of Emptiness\u037e<\/em><\/span>
\n their true nature is the nature of<\/em><\/span>
\n no Birth no Death,<\/em><\/span>
\n no Being no Non-being,<\/em><\/span>
\n no Defilement no Purity,<\/em><\/span>
\n no Increasing no Decreasing.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThat is why in Emptiness,<\/em><\/span>
\n Body, Feelings, Perceptions,<\/em><\/span>
\n Mental Formations and Consciousness<\/em><\/span>
\n are not separate self entities.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The Eighteen Realms of Phenomena<\/em><\/span>
\n which are the six Sense Organs,<\/em><\/span>
\n the six Sense Objects,<\/em><\/span>
\n and the six Consciousnesses<\/em><\/span>
\n are also not separate self entities.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The Twelve Links of Interdependent Arising<\/em><\/span>
\n and their Extinction<\/em><\/span>
\n are also not separate self entities.<\/em><\/span>
\n Ill-being, the Causes of Ill-being,<\/em><\/span>
\n the End of Ill-being, the Path,<\/em><\/span>
\n insight and attainment,<\/em><\/span>
\n are also not separate self entities.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Whoever can see this<\/em><\/span>
\n no longer needs anything to attain.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Bodhisattvas who practice<\/em><\/span>
\n the Insight that Brings Us to the Other Shore<\/em><\/span>
\n see no more obstacles in their mind,<\/em><\/span>
\n and because there<\/em><\/span>
\n are no more obstacles in their mind,<\/em><\/span>
\n they can overcome all fear,<\/em><\/span>
\n destroy all wrong perceptions<\/em><\/span>
\n and realize Perfect Nirvana.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAll Buddhas in the past, present and future<\/em><\/span>
\n by practicing<\/em><\/span>
\n the Insight that Brings Us to the Other Shore<\/em><\/span>
\n are all capable of attaining<\/em><\/span>
\n Authentic and Perfect Enlightenment.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cTherefore Sariputra,<\/em><\/span>
\n it should be known that<\/em><\/span>
\n the Insight that Brings Us to the Other Shore<\/em><\/span>
\n is a Great Mantra,<\/em><\/span>
\n the most illuminating mantra,<\/em><\/span>
\n the highest mantra,<\/em><\/span>
\n a mantra beyond compare,<\/em><\/span>
\n the True Wisdom that has the power<\/em><\/span>
\n to put an end to all kinds of suffering.<\/em><\/span>
\n Therefore let us proclaim<\/em><\/span>
\n a mantra to praise<\/em><\/span>
\n the Insight that Brings Us to the Other Shore.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
